Youth Off The Streets is a community organisation that provide support services for disadvantaged young people who may be homeless, drug dependent and/or recovering from abuse. I develop and facilitate the young women's programs for Bankstown Outreach and engage vulnerable young people through specific individual and group-based community support.

Outreach Youth Worker / The Lillian Howell Project / Sydney, Feb 2015 - Present
The Lillian Howell Project is a homelessness residential service for young women aged between 13 and 17yrs. We work within a therapeutic framework with young women who have experienced complex trauma. Lillian's empowers young women to lead independent and fulfilling lives through the teaching of life skills, education and employment support and case management.

Program Manager / Flashpoint Labs / Sydney, Oct 2016 - Aug 2017
Flashpoint Labs is a professional photography agency that provies paid apprenticeships to young people from an Indigenous background. As a point of contact for commissioning clients as well as young people, I was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with relevant Indigenous organisations, sourcing apprentices, coordinating and supporting volunteers and assisting with the content development and facilitation of our 4-week introductory workshops.

Stepping Stone House is an out-of-home care residential service for young people aged 13 to 24yrs who have complex needs. The service aims to heal the impacts of trauma through the implementation of a structured, consistent and safe environment.
